Really? You are top-notch stupid. Governor Obinna should have relocated his family to Nigeria so they can also share the pains if he does not govern well. The utmost vote of confidence in the country/state you are its chief is to have your family live with the people you govern. To seek the relative security of another for your family while you pillage the stage treasury(and transfer the money abroad to provide a life of luxury for your immediate family) .......come on, man. That’s a crock of shit. Only in Nigeria can leaders pull this type of stunt and then try to defend it.
