My Thoughts On Having Make - Up On Or Not Having Make - Up On

I would think wearing make - up or having make - up on is to enhance one's beauty, to have a professional look, to look amazing: seriously. 

 

 

I never knew not having make - up on, gives one a "local" look. Not that I belive the "local" look statement. 

 

 

Some women like not to have make - up on, and some women do like to have make - up on. 

 

 

So where are the make - up artists, and what are your rates?
